As it embarks on the most growth-oriented period in the company’s history, The Home Source Realtors has named Cheri Scranage, Managing Broker of its Peachtree City General Brokerage office to lead the company’s growth throughout the Peachtree City area.

Scranage is no stranger to the Fayette County real estate market. She has been active in the local market for over 10 years and was recently named the 2006 Realtor of the Year by the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She earned her Broker’s license in 2003, is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, a Georgia Realtor Institute (GRI) graduate and has recently earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR) designations.

“Cheri brings to The Home Source Realtors a thorough understanding of the real estate market and a unique gift of energizing employees and producing big results,” says Doug Mitchell, owner of The Home Source Realtors.

In addition to her commitment to the real estate industry, she is also heavily involved in the community through her participation in the local schools as a mentor, the Neighborhood American Heart Association, Toys for Tots, The Polish National Alliance, and the Union of Poles.
Scranage is enthusiastic about her role at The Home Source Realtors. “The Home Source team is committed to challenging all the old ideas about real estate marketing and sales,” she explains. “Anyone in my business would be excited by that challenge.”

Mitchell says, “Cheri has proven that she can make things happen on a large scale, and we believe she is perfectly suited to take our Peachtree City office to the next level.”
