Mr. and Mrs. Allen Law of Fort Thomas, Ky. announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Ann Law, of Lexington, Ky., to Nathan Daniel Rickard, also of Lexington, son of Dr. and Mrs. Daryl Rickard of Peachtree City.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Highlands High School, Fort Thomas, and a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 2003 and a master’s degree in secondary education in 2005. She is a teacher at Lafayette High School, Lexington.

The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Medina High School, Medina, Ohio, and a 2004 graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in software development. He is a senior software development specialist at Affiliated Computer Services in Lexington.

The wedding will be Dec. 10, 2005, in Fort Thomas, Ky.
