Sarah Loraine Johnson and Benjamin Clark Allington were married Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, at the Snow Park Lodge in Park City, Utah. The Rev. Dr. Phil Stogner officiated. A reception at the lodge followed the ceremony. A dessert open house was held in Peachtree City Oct. 15, 2005, to honor the newlyweds.
Julie Cavato-Johnson of Apopka, Fla., served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Cooper of Clarksville, Tenn, Emily Johnson of Peachtree City, Stephanie West-Rojas of Senoia, and Nicole Bienart of Denver, Colo. Nik Hanlon of Atlanta served as best man. Groomsmen were Stephen Phillips of Atlanta, Jason Helmka of Lawrenceville, and Nathan Iny of Atlanta. A.J. Rojas served as ring bearer and Laney Johnson was flower girl. Soloist was Denver Oates of Peachtree City. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Jan Johnson of Peachtree City, and the granddaughter of Bill and Loraine Baldwin of Brooks and Lilyan Johnson and the late Norman Johnson of Pentwater, Mich. The groom is the son of Willis and Mary Allington of Newnan and the grandson of Merlin and Lois Young and Flo Gill and the late Wally Allington Sr., all of Boise, Idaho. The couple honeymooned in Aruba, and now resides in Atlanta. login to post comments |
