New faces in new places in local real estateTue, 11/08/2005 - 5:31pm

• Missie McRee is a new agent with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. McRee, a Spalding County resident who completed her pre-licensing courses at the Georgia MLS School, is the daughter-in-law of Lori McRee, a salesperson with Bullard’s Griffin/Spalding office. She is an avid supporter of the armed forces, as her husband Mac is currently deployed with the U. S. Army in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. • Cynthia Eagan is a new sales associate with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. Eagan, who has joined the on-site sales team at Lionsgate East in Conyers, began her career in new home sales over 10 years ago as an assistant with John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods. Then, after earning her real estate sales license in April of 2000, she went on to advance her career with Beazer Homes USA, Meridian Homes USA, and Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Metro East. A Newton County resident, wife and mother of two boys, she concentrates her real estate efforts in the rapidly-expanding areas of DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Rockdale and Walton counties. During her non-working hours, she services as an active volunteer with Young Americans Christian School, the Metro Atlanta YMCA, and the Department of Family and Children Service. • Linda Henson is now a real estate professional with The Home Source Realtors, joining sisters Lee Henson McKinney and Kay Henson Lloyd as the third member of The Henson Team. She specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City, and Fayette and Coweta counties. Henson, a native of Peachtree City, is an engineering graduate of Georgia Tech and also holds a degree in counseling from Luther Rice Seminary. She has extensive business experience in communications and marketing. Henson recently taught college-level marketing and international trade in Uzbekistan in the former Soviet Union. She is president of the Coweta-Fayette Georgia Tech Club, and president of the Christian Leadership Forum in Atlanta. Henson is a member of the Fayette-Coweta Board of Realtors. • Donna Romeo has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty as a full-time sales associate in Georgia and associate broker in Florida working out of Peachtree City. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty, Romeo has successfully met the Georgia and Florida real estate licensing requirements including SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ARS (Accredited Relocation Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). Romeo’s designations enable her to represent her clients here in Georgia and in Florida. Romeo is a graduate of the Gaddy School and is an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.
