The south entrance into Arbor Springs Plantation at Highways 29 and 154 recently opened, allowing access to Arbor Springs Parkway and the new South Arbor Shores phase of the community.

South Arbor Shores offers 85 homesites, some of which overlook Arbor Shores Lake. Dan Zavada, the developer of Arbor Springs Plantation, noted, “Twenty-five percent of these homesites were pre-sold prior to the opening of this new phase.”

As described by Zavada, “the ridge roads in this phase offer dramatic views of the lake and streams, with private homesites on cul-de-sac streets.” He added, “Arbor Springs Plantation offers you the ability to choose your homesite and also select your custom floor plan and your custom builder. Several new custom builders will be presenting spec homes in this new phase”.

The resort-like amenities offered by Arbor Springs Plantation include the 18-hole golf course and restaurant at Arbor Springs Golf & Resort, many nature trails, lakes, sidewalks, resident’s clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children’s play park.

The Arbor Springs Plantation golf community is located northeast of Newnan off U.S. Highway 29 North.
