Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm R. Godwin of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Catherine, to Scott Davis Woodward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davis Woodward of Alpharetta.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2003 graduate of The University of Georgia. She currently is employed with Suntrust Bank.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Marist High School and a 2003 graduate of The University of Georgia. He currently is employed with Capstone Financial Partners.

A November, 2006, wedding is planned in Atlanta.
