Two furnished model homes are open at The Reserve at Lakeside in Lawrenceville and 15 ranch and two-story homes are underway at this new Brayson Homes Gwinnett County neighborhood. "Construction in Progress" pricing is in effect at the new community with ranch homes beginning at $202,900 and two-story homes beginning at $214,900. All The Reserve at Lakeside homes contain a long list of standard features including brick or stone accents, island kitchens, solid surface countertops, recessed lighting, cabinets with crown molding, deluxe trim package and sodded lawns. Bonus rooms and basements are available on some plans. A tree-lined boulevard winds through the center of the community that will eventually have 65 homes on beautifully wooded lots of up to a quarter-acre. Potential homeowners may choose from the inventory of homes completed or under construction or choose a home site and select from four different plans including the Elm and Redwood, both ranch plans, and the Fieldstone and Vanderbilt, both two-story plans. "Visitors to The Reserve at Lakeside are pleasantly surprised at the amount of home they are receiving for their investment." said Brayson new home advisor Jeff Larkin. "When visiting the two furnished models they can see for themselves how Brayson incorporates superior quality construction and valuable features into homes that are affordable. Features that are considered standard on Brayson homes are often extras on others." To reach The Reserve at Lakeside, take Sugarloaf Parkway NW. Go left onto Ga. Highway 20 and right onto Simonton Road. Turn left at the dead end onto Martins Chapel Road. The Reserve at Lakeside is one-quarter mile on the right. The decorated models are open Mon.-Thur. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fri. and Sat. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sun. noon to 6 p.m. For additional information, call Larkin at 770-822-3615.
