Ann Bell, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers, is one of three agents in the Bullard organization holding the Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialists designation.

To date, only five percent of more than 90,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates have been awarded this designation.

“In addition to a demanding performance criteria based on successfully selling luxury properties, Ann had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Previews Property Specialists designation,” said Rick Schlosser, managing broker of Coldwell Banker ALM, which is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization. “The course covers topics such as developing detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Previews resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose exceptional properties to affluent buyers on a worldwide basis.”

The Coldwell Banker Previews Program is a comprehensive marketing program designed specifically to market luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. Through the success of the Previews Program, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation is a world leader in the marketing of luxury homes.

Bell, a resident of Conyers for 30 years, specializes in the sale of residential homes, both new and resale. She also has expertise in land, from subdivided lots to large farms and tracts of land. She is one of only a handful of Accredited Land Consultant designees in Georgia, and is the only female in that group.

Consistently among the Top 100 agents in metro Atlanta and the top agents in Rockdale County, she started working in real estate over 20 years ago. She has been a director of the Rockdale Board of Realtors, serving on many committees of the board, and she is a recipient of the board’s Humanitarian of the Year award. She has been the chair for Rockdale CASA, a member of the Rockdale County Comprehensive Land Use Development Committee, a graduate of Leadership Rockdale, and a graduate of the Rockdale County Citizen's Sheriff's Academy.

Her other designations, in addition to ACL, include Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
