Windsong Properties has opened a new model home at The Cottages, its innovative active adult neighborhood in the 1,500-acre golf and tennis resort community of Heron Bay in Henry and Spalding Counties.

Six featured homes are currently under construction in The Cottages and three of those will be ready to close before the end of the year. Forty-four homes have been sold and there are only 17 home sites remaining in the neighborhood that will have 67 residences when completed.
