Mary Lynn Thomas, 83, Fairburn, died July 19, 2006. She was born Oct. 16, 1922 in Fayette County, daughter of Osby Claude and Ora Della Long Stephens. Services were t the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Lendell Ainsworth, the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Orr, and the Rev. Dan Reeves officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Memorial Park, Fairburn. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Claude Thomas, Fairburn; a daughter, Susan and Dan Reeves, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada; sisters, Christine Kelly, Union City, and Helen and Frank Steed, Fairburn; grandchildren, Kris and Eric Johnston, and C. J. and Amanda Richardson, all of Newnan; and great-grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Richardson, and Timothy Patrick Richardson. Memorial donations may be made to The Rock Baptist Church, Sandy Creek Road, Fayetteville, Ga. 30214. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
