Big League Baseball accepting registrationThu, 07/27/2006 - 10:54am

Registrations for 16, 17 and 18 year old Big League Baseball will be taken through Aug. 25. Players must have reached 16 years old by Apr. 30, 2006 and were no older than 18 on Apr. 30, 2006 – players who turn(ed) 19 after Apr. 30 are still eligible to play in the fall. Teams formed will be traveling teams playing in Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, Douglas, DeKalb and possibly other south metro counties. There will be a minimum of 16 games; Sept. 17 through Nov. 5. Games will be double-headers on Sundays at various locations. Players must provide their own transportation to/from practices and games. Registrations need to be completed no later than Aug. 25. Registrants must show a certified birth certificate and proof of residency. login to post comments |
