Betty H. Morris, 75, Fayetteville, died July 19, 2006. She was born Feb. 10, 1931 in Fayette County. She was preceded in death by her father, Newton S. Hall. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Cross officiating. Interment was at Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include sons, Rick Morris, San Diego, Calif., and Brett Morris, Alabama; her mother, Erma Ivey Hall, Fayetteville; and a sister, Helen Cash, Jonesboro. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
