Patrick Malloy Communities reports record-breaking sales in May 2006. This follows five consecutive months of strong sales, continuing to secure the company’s position as metro Atlanta’s fastest growing homebuilder. During the month ending May 31, Patrick Malloy Communities sold 46 new homes. This represents an increase of 42% from sales during May of 2005. It is also is an increase of 19% over the same five-month period during 2005.

Patrick Malloy Communities finished 2005 as one of the area’s largest homebuilders closing on more than 300 single family homes and townhomes during the year.
