Brooks’ Matt Dooley, 10 is having his racing dreams come true. He won the Bandolero INEX Regional Qualifier at Sunny South Raceway in Mobile, Ala. on June 17. He competed against drivers from Texas, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama for this regional win.

Dooley has been racing Bandoleros for a little over a year. He considers Atlanta Motor Speedway his home track but has raced at many tracks around the southeast this past year. He has recently brought home several first and second place trophies from tracks such as Albany Motor Speedway, Watermelon Capital Speedway and Senoia Speedway. He was also awarded for finishing fourth place in overall points for the 2005-2006 Georgia Winter Series and 10th in points at Senoia Speedway during their annual banquet.

Dooley races his “Number 3” car every week in the AMS Thursday Thunder Series where he was recently awarded the “Hard Charger Award”.
He is looking forward to the National INEX Bandolero Championship Race which will be held at Kentucky Motor Speedway in September.
