The Rev. Thomas Dalton, 80, Fairburn, died July 6, 2006. He was born Sept.6, 1925, son of Bradley and Jennie Dalton. He was preceded in death by a son, Karl Dalton, a brother, Bradley Dalton, and a sister, Isabel Dalton. He had served in the United States Army in World War II, and later employed with Georgia Power Company. Services were at the Holly Hill Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Leroy Love, and the Rev. Jack Jennings officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Cemetery, Fairburn. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Dalton, Fairburn; sons, Jerry Dalton, Larry Dalton, and James Dalton; daughters, Brenda Reed, Linda Boyce, and Sandra Presley; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Holly Hill Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
