Sherry Blackmon of The Home Source Realtors Builder Services Group and builder representative at Brasch Park in Grantville, has earned the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.

The two-day course equips Realtors to offer extensive professional services specifically geared to the needs of home sellers.
Topics include effectively pricing property, results-oriented marketing, negotiating contracts to the seller’s best interests, and contract provisions to protect sellers.

Blackmon has represented sellers in more than 100 transactions since joining The Home Source Realtors in 2001. She also holds Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); e-PRO, and Associate Broker designations, and was the 2004 Realtor of the Year for the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
Blackmon has several years experience in new homes sales. She is a recipient of both Gold and Silver Circle awards for high sales volume from the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia Sales and Marketing Council.

Blackmon is a member of the Newnan-Coweta and Fayette County Boards of Realtors, and a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

She is past president of the Fayette County chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and currently is secretary for the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
