Mark Lindsay of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City office has been named to sell the remaining homes in Harper’s Farm, the 63-home community on Millard Farmer Industrial Boulevard in Newnan.

Since he took over marketing homes in the community, Lindsay has sold five homes and five more are expected to close by the end of August.
Harper’s Farm was developed by Mac McKinney and Mike White. The price range for homes in the community is $147,900 to $174,900.

Located on Millard Farmer Industrial Boulevard near its intersection with Hwy. 29, the community is convenient to Interstate 85, and it is a short commute to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The homes in Harper’s Farm are traditional ranch and two-story designs with low maintenance brick and vinyl or stucco exteriors. Previously, three to four-bedroom, two to two and one-half-bath plans were offered in the community, and a new five-bedroom, three bath plan has just been introduced.

Special interior features include hardwood flooring in the entrance, vaulted ceilings, trey ceiling in the master bedroom, upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, upgraded countertops in the kitchen and baths, dual vanities and garden tub in the master bath, a fireplace and ceiling fans.

Builders in the community include Randy Crowder of Diamond Homes and Jerry Flury, Keith Flury and Chris Flury or C. A. Construction and J. C. Quality Homes.
