Twenty Bullard agents named to Sterling or Diamond Societies

Nine sales associates with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been honored as members of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society. The distinguished membership is limited to the top 18 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System.

Included in the group are Diane Donaghey, Janis Kraft, John Proffitt III and Patricia Roman of the Peachtree City office; Dennis Kitchens of the Jackson office; Trudy McClellan and Sherry Mattox of the Jonesboro office; and Sandra Stephens and Melissa Stephens of the McDonough office.

Eleven sales associate with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, a level achieved by only the top 13 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

The honorees include Brooks Brackett, Stewart Ebaugh, Duane Lockwood, Bobbie Roper, Jan Sprayberry, and Phil Wagner from the McDonough office; Donna Daniel and George Wiley from the Peachtree City office; Steven Dickens and Shonda Sims from the Jonesboro office; and Brenda Waldrop from the Conyers office.

These honors were announced at the annual Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, held Feb. 16 - 19 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif., birthplace of the Coldwell Banker brand.

The annual event brought more than 10,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony.

Coldwell Banker Bullard, the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area, has its headquarters in Jonesboro.
The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, Conyers, and Locust Grove, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
The company was ranked at No. 13 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s recent listing of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies.”It is the principal Cendant Mobility broker for the South and East Metro Atlanta areas and has the largest Relocation Department on the Southside.
