The Advantage School of Real Estate will conduct the 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real estate salesperson’s licensing exam.

The class will be held three evenings a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 until 9:15 p.m., beginning Tuesday night, July 11.
The location will be Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jonesboro office, located at 238 Stockbridge Rd., Jonesboro.

The cost of the course is $399, which includes books.

The instructor will be Kenn Young.
