It’s not too late to get fit for summer! Piedmont Fayette Hospital’s Rehabilitation and Fitness Center wants to help you reach your fitness goal. During July, the Fitness Center is waiving its $50 new member initiation fee. “When someone decides he or she wants to get fit, it is sometimes difficult to know where to begin,” said Jill Fenimore, director of Piedmont Fayette Hospital’s Rehabilitation andFitness Center. “We help people achieve their goals of becoming physically fit, regardless of their current fitness level.” Open to individuals 14 years and older, the Rehab and Fitness Center focuses on disease prevention, rehabilitation of injuries and maintenance of optimal health and educates members on fitness and nutrition. It also features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training programs. The Rehab and Fitness Center is located across from the main hospital in the Fayette Professional Center. “There is something for everyone here,” said Fenimore. “This summer is the perfect time for residents to join and experience this great resource the hospital has to offer.” For more information about the Piedmont Fayette Hospital Rehabilitation and Fitness Center, please call 770-719-7290 or visit www.fayettehospital.org. login to post comments |
