10 year old Southside Bulldogs win the AAU State Baseball ChampionshipWed, 07/05/2006 - 2:26pm

After finishing 2005 with a record of 56–6 and winning the 2005 Barrett-Fletcher World Series, the Bulldogs continue their success this year by winning the 2006 Georgia Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) State Championship.
The Bulldogs competed with the top twelve teams from across the state to win this title. This year the Bulldogs have finished first in eight other tournaments. The team is now eligible to compete in the AAU World Series Championships being held in Concord, NC from July 16-21. The 10U Southside Bulldogs in the front row, from left, are Andrew Richardson, Kyle Moseley, Drew Young and Charlie Goedtke. In the middle row are Taylor Turner, Matthew Rhodes, Ryan Avidano, Adam Mc Arthur, Jacob Meeder and Justin Trammell.
