Wolfe awarded scouting honorMon, 07/03/2006 - 1:54pm

Robert Austin Wolfe of Peachtree City, Ga., was awarded Scouting’s highest honor at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on April 22, 2006 at the Peachtree City United Methodist Church. In achieving this award, he attended Junior Leadership Training, was awarded the Order of the Arrow, held various leadership positions, earned 21 merit badges and completed a major community service project. With the help of his parents, grandfather and friends, he constructed 12 six-foot long benches with foot rests for the McIntosh High School football team. Wolfe, a member of Boy Scout Troop 275, is a rising junior at McIntosh High School where he has lettered in academics and football and is a member of the Beta Club, Peer Leadership and Spanish Honor Society. login to post comments |
