Amberleigh Kirk of Peachtree City has been tapped for membership in the Samford University chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national honor society that recognizes "leaders among leaders" on college campuses.

ODK recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership and exemplary character. Emphasis is on the development of the whole person, both as a member of the college community and as a contributor to a better society.

Kirk, an international relations major, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kirk.
She was one of 13 Samford students tapped for ODK membership during a special leadership and service awards convocation at the school.
