Billy Young Waters, 78, Orange Park, Fla., formerly of Peachtree City, died June 20, 2006. He was born in Canton, Ga., son of the late William Hiram and Martha Jane Lovine Waters. He was preceded in death by a wife, Beulah Waters. He was a retired machine operator at Knox Glass Co. Graveside services were at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include his wife of nine years, Frances Louise Waters; a son, William C. Waters; grandchildren, Victoria Waters Lantz, and Billy Waters; stepchildren, Hubert Warren Chapman Jr., DeDra Lynn and David Kilgore, and Lawrence Edward and Angel Chapman. Peeples Family Funeral Homes, North Jacksonville Chapel was in charge of Florida arrangements and Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home handled the local arrangements.
