Heritage Christian Church invites children to “Fiesta: Where Kids Are Fired Up About Jesus! “ The Fiesta VBS will provide fun, memorable Bible-learning activities for kids entering kindergarten through the fifth grade. Each day will include songs, teamwork-building games, Maraca Munchies, Bible adventures, Bible memory buddies, and Bible point crafts. Fiesta begins on July 10 and continues through July 14, from 9 a.m. until noon each day at Heritage Christian Church, 2130 Redwine Rd., Fayetteville. For information call 770-716-5768. Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran

Children who will be 4 by Sept. 1 through rising sixth graders are welcome to hop on board the “Gospel Express” Vacation Bible School at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church July 10-14 from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Activities will include singing, stories, crafts, recreation time and snacks. Children will learn about Jesus’ birth, the wedding at Cana, and have a banquet with Simon. Stories will be told of the lost sheep and Jesus blessing the children.
