Children ages three (potty trained) through rising sixth graders are invited to register for St. Paul Lutheran’s Vacation Bible School, “Fiesta: Where Kids Get Fired Up About Jesus.” Sessions will be held June 19-23 from 9 a.m. until noon and will offer games, crafts, snacks, music and multimedia presentations. “Bethlehem Village - where a Savior is born!” is this year’s theme for Vacation Bible School at North Fayette United Methodist Church. Children and adults are invited to spend the week of June 19-23, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., as a member of one of the 12 tribes of Israel, experiencing the events surrounding Jesus’ birth. Treasure Cove Vacation Bible School will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Fayetteville for all kids, ages 4 through completed eighth grade. Flat Creek Baptist Church will host its Vacation Bible School and Youthiversity June 19-23, from 9 a.m. until noon for children ages four years through eighth grade (ages as of June 1). The event is built around an imaginary trip to the Arctic and will be full of Bible stories, a Crafts Depot, music, snacks, and recreation. Teenagers in grades 7-8 will experience “On the Edge: Where Adventure Meets Courage,” a Youthiversity full of Bible studies and special activities.
