John and Donna Kimmons, of Fayetteville and Jim and Patricia Dutton, also of Fayetteville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Eileen Kimmons, to Franklin Charles Seale, son of Frank and Janet Seale of Jackson and Van and Victoria Rickicki of Newnan.

The bride-to-be, a 2000 graduate of Fayette County High School, continued her education at Gordon College and Clayton College and State University.

The groom to be, a 1993 graduate of Fayette County High School, served in the US Coast Guard until 1998.

The wedding will be July 8, 2006, at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, with a reception to follow at the Whitewater Creek Country Club.

After their honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple will reside in McDonough.
