Joseph R. Petrone, 81, Peachtree City, formerly of Philadelphia, Penn., died June 16, 2006. He was born Jan. 9, 1925 in Mercer County, N. J. He was preceded in death by a grandson, John DelGiorno III. Memorial services were at a private home in Fayetteville. Survivors include his companion of 28 years, Edith Wilson; daughters, Elena and Ronald Isaacson, Roseann and Stanley Markiewicz, and Helen and Michael Wilson; grandchildren, Angela Isaacson, Stanley Markiewicz III; brothers, Ralph Petrone, and Rocky Petrone; and sisters, Eleanor Fanelli, and Dolores Pelagrudo. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
