Betty Stone Fletcher, 83, Brooks, died June 14, 2006. She was born Oct. 13, 1922 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas S. Fletcher. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Clay Edge officiating. Interment was at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, College Park. Survivors include her sons, Steve and Linda Fletcher, Randy and Joy Fletcher, and Tim and Shelia Fletcher; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, M. R. and Gerry Stone Jr.; and brother-in-law, Miller Haugh. Memorial donations may be made to Southwest Christian Care, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, GA 30291. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
