Cadet Kristina Faith Romero of Fayetteville, has received the Col. Floyd W. Brown Jr. Memorial Award while at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.

Cadet Romero is a business administration major who has been recognized for academic achievement also. She has received Gold Stars and been on the dean’s list, president’s list and commandant’s list for academic and military excellence. She is the recipient of The Citadel Women’s Club Scholarship, Mark W. Clark Academic Scholarship, the Class of 1919 Academic Scholarship and the Navy ROTC Scholarship.
