GRAMM & Associates, Inc., a full-service real estate development and marketing company specializing in new home communities, is thrilled to announce the Spring 2006 graduates of its first new home training class.
The 11-session class was held for half a day, two times a week and began on April 10. Students were comprised of licensed agents having recently come on board with GRAMM, as well as current GRAMM agents wishing to fine tune their real estate knowledge base.

All of the students were exposed to class material encompassing virtually every aspect of new home sales. Sales approach and technique were a main focus of the class while the majority of time was spent on covering GRAMM policies and procedures. The class was taught primarily by GRAMM training manager Shannon Taylor; however, members of the GRAMM management team, including Rhonda G. Gailey, Vice President and Qualifying Broker, Zina McDaniel, Community Office Manager, and Ansley Glenn, Marketing Director, also shared their knowledge and experiences with the students. Additionally, outside speakers from Pine State Mortgage were brought in for an in-depth discussion of mortgages and finance.

As of May 15, 24 of the 28 agents successfully completed the course and are now ready to be placed in a community as a GRAMM New Home Consultant. These agents are not just limited to new home transactions but may also work in general sales or with buyers. GRAMM is an advocate of providing well-rounded agents to serve the community and this full-service firm provides that.
