Susan Fitzgerald and Jane Young of The Home Source Realtors are among Communities Magazine’s 2005 list of Atlanta’s top 100 real estate professionals working with independent real estate companies.

Fitzgerald - named Number 3 on the elite list - is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors’ Peachtree City General Brokerage office. She recorded more than $25 million in sales, specializing in homes in the $300’s and up in Peachtree City and Fayette and Coweta counties.
Fitzgerald began her career in real estate in 1995 with a $36,000 sale. She soon affiliated with The Home Source Realtors, and has been the company’s Agent of the Year from 1996-2005. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and has obtained the Board’s Phoenix Award. A Registered Appraiser, Fitzgerald also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

Referrals, repeat business, extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, friendships, and long hours are among the keys to her success, Fitzgerald said. “I am fortunate to have found something I love to do, and this area is a wonderful place to live and work,” she said. “I genuinely like people, and I try to listen carefully to my customers to really understand their housing wants and needs.”
Young, who holds Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) designations, recorded more than $7 million in sales during 2005. She has been with The Home Source Realtors since 1993. Young is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, from which she has also obtained the Active Phoenix award.

Young offers her customers extensive real estate experience both in general brokerage and new homes sales. During recent years she has specialized as builder representative for luxury new homes, notably at The Peninsula in Peachtree City and The Estates at Lake Shore at SummerGrove in Newnan.
