Tri-City's Scranage receives top honor

The 2006 REALTOR® of the Year award was presented to Cheri Scranage, a Realtor® and Associate Broker at Tri-City Realty Services in Fayetteville by the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®.

The prestigious award is presented annually to the REALTOR® member representing “the best of us”. Scranage has been an actively involved and contributing member of the Board, locally and nationally, since 1996. Her contributions and qualifications were reviewed and voted on by the Awards Committee and all nominees were evaluated on REALTOR® Spirit, Civic Activity, Business Accomplishments, Board Activity, as well as State and National Association Activity. The REALTOR® with the highest overall percentage is named REALTOR® of the Year.

Scranage earned her Broker’s license in 2003, is an active member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, a Georgia Realtor Institute graduate (GRI) and has recently earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Accredited Seller’s Representative (ASR) designations. As a Fayette County Board Million Dollar Club Member, she has served on the Board of Directors, and served as President in 2005 for the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®, along with multiple committees for the board.

Six others were recognized for receiving a nomination for this award: Deanna Beckwith, Harry Norman, Realtors, Vicky Conti, Prudential Georgia Realty -Peachtree City, Cindy Davidson, Keller Williams Realty South, Shawn Parker, The Home Source Realtors, Steven Walker, Prudential Georgia Realty -Fayetteville, and Mary Watts, Prudential Georgia Realty -Fayetteville.
