Jeff Lindsey Communities has put into effect a policy of offering co-op selling agents a five percent commission for their closed sales in the company’s communities. This offer is valid on all homes that close in 60 days from contract. The company’s current communities include Farrington Ridge, a community near I-85 in Coweta County with home prices starting in the $170,000s, and Baldwin Park, located in historic LaGrange and having homes priced from the low $100,000s. More information about the communities can be found on the internet at www.jefflindseycommunities.com. Senoia-based Jeff Lindsey Communities is headed by Jeff Lindsey, the son of David Lindsey of David Lindsey Homes, which built the first homes in Baldwin Park. Jeff Lindsey grew up in the home building business, working for his father’s award-winning, 21-year-old company. He is a graduate of LaGrange College. login to post comments |
