Chicken and Dressing?!?!?!

How can something so simple be so divine??? I ate at the Boxcar Cafe today and Chef Mike did a wonder with that Southern Staple. I cannot get enough of this place, it is a wonderful change from the coporate dining disasters that plague this town!!!
