A select group of graduating seniors at Fayette County High has been inducted into the National Technical Honor Society.

An invitation to join the national society is offered to the top performing students in the nation. A senior who receives any type of Career Tech Prep seal and has an 85 overall grade point average is invited into the society.

This year only 32 of the school’s Career Tech seniors were asked to join. Out of those asked, 23 accepted the invitation and were given the white and purple sash to wear at Baccalaureate and graduation services.

The new National Technical Honor Society inductees from Fayette County High are Tommy Carroll, Gabrielle Carter, Ryan Debenedittis, Adam Donadeo, Aaron Dorrough, Emily Gratzer, Natakie Gray, Raquel Hancock-Howard, Mohammed Jhalodwala, Chase Johnson, Matthew Jones, Gabrielle Lawrence, Octavia Miller, Dallas Nicholson, Shannon Oxford, Jenn Page, Jessica Pope, Ashley Prine, Bradley Riddell, Dianna Strickland, Haley Turner and Kirsten Wertz.
