Florence Melva Paula McDaniel, 93, Fayetteville, died June 3, 2006. She was born Aug. 6, 1912 in St. Charles County, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Artie” McDaniel. She was a life-long member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Services are today at 2 p.m., at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with Pastor Peter Ave-Lallemant officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park. Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Ann Robinson, College Park; grandchildren, Gregg Robinson, and Lisa Hernandez, both of Fayetteville, and Mark and Gala Robinson, Sharpsburg; and great-grandchildren, Michelle Robinson, Charlie Hernandez, Brandi Sorrows, Shannon Robinson, and Hunter Robinson. Memorial donations may be made to Christian City, 7290 Lester Rd., Union City, GA 30291. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
