Thoraya Peter and Sary Nhep announce the marriage of their daughter, Chanda Noung, to Nickalos Lee Doughty. The groom is the son of Rita Joy and Billy Brand and the grandson of Fletcher and Joyce Huddleston of Fayetteville. The wedding took place April 22, 2006 at the Poston Road Baptist Church, Jonesboro, with the Rev. Cris Magness conducting the ceremony. The reception followed at the church. Brother of the bride, Dara Nhep, played the violin, and Mary Tay played the flute. The maid of honor was Sophia Jackson, sister of the bride, and the bridesmaid was Michelle Doughty, sister of the groom. Flower girls were Layla Jackson and Amanda Noung, nieces of the bride. Andrew Noung served as the ring bearer. The best man was Fletcher Huddleston, grandfather of the groom, and groomsman was Christopher Gibbons. The usher was Jason Harper. After a wedding trip to Panama City, the couple resides in Gay. They also will be going on an extended trip to Cambodia this summer. The groom is employed at the Fayette County Water Department and the bride is employed as a hairstylist in Fayetteville. login to post comments |
