Ashleigh Webster memorial tree planting

Ashleigh Webster's recent death was a tremendous loss for her parents, her family, and her friends. Wishing to honor the memory of their daughter, as well as attest to their own belief in the God-given sanctity of every life, Ashleigh's parents requested that donations be made to the Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center in lieu of flowers. Such donations would both celebrate and perpetuate the respect for life, sexual purity, and sanctity of marriage and family which characterized Ashleigh and her family. The Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center has been gratified by the outpouring of gifts and were honored to plant a tree at McIntosh High School in honor of Ashleigh. The planting ceremony at the McIntosh High School campus was held Wednesday, May 24. Pictured is Pastor Sam Calleiro, holding the plaque, Phyllis Avrit, Board member, volunteer, and wife of Chairman of the Board Carl Avrit, and David Conley, also a member of the board of directors. Mr. & Mrs. Bill Webster, PRC Director Luci Hough, and Sue Thorpe, administrative assistant, also attended the ceremony. Photo/Special.
