Reece Center for Handicapped Horsemanship has a long history of enhancing skills and confidence in riders with disabilities. The scene at its Palmetto arena May 20 is no exception, as riders, families and friends visit the facility on Wilkerson Mill Road and try out the new wooded riding paths.
