Mrs. Cecelia Johnson of Peachtree City, wife of 59 years to the late Norman Johnson, recently donated new altar hangings, or paraments, and priestly vestments to Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg in memory of her late husband. The vestments and paraments were consecrated during a recent church service. The vestments will be used during the seasons of Easter and Christmas, and during funerals, weddings and baptisms. Shown above left to right are Father David Epps, pastor of Christ the King; church members Dawn and Tom Johnson, son and daughter-in-law of the late Norman Johnson; and Mrs. Cecelia Johnson.
