Hunter graduates from U.S. Army Military Training

Army Private Stephen Brett Hunter graduated from basic military training at Ft. Leonard Wood, St. Roberts, Missouri.

During the nine weeks of training, Private Hunter studied the Seven Core Army Values; performed drill and ceremony marches and received physical training, rifle marksmanship training, and field exercise training. Another eight weeks of training was completed on April 7 in Advanced Individual Training. Private Hunter received hands-on training and field instruction in his chosen career field of Construction Equipment Repairer. His first assignment will be in South Korea.

He is the son of Steve and Karen Hunter of Fayetteville, Ga. and a 2002 graduate of Fayette County High School, Fayetteville, Ga.
