Award-winning real estate professional Mary Watts has joined Prudential Georgia Realty. She serves as assistant managing broker for the company’s Peachtree City office, located in The Avenue shopping center at the corner of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. 74.

Her duties will include helping Managing Broker Drake Bivins with day-to-day operations, agent recruiting, and the on-site training for the agents of the Peachtree City sales team.

A 22- year resident of Peachtree City, Watts has more than 30 years customer service-related experience, from airline sales to owning and operating a successful business.

In addition, she has prior experience working for a closing attorney.

Actively involved in her field, Watts belongs to the Fayette Board of Realtors (where she is a life member of that board’s Million Dollar Club for high annual sales production), the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

She is also a member of the Fayette County chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she is currently serving as the 2006 president. Watts has also earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Accredited Seller’s Representative (ASR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designations.

Equally committed to serving her community, Watts is a member of the board of the Endowment Committee for the Cultural Arts in Fayette County. She also sings in her church choir and leads the church’s Stephen Ministry program.
