Lance is coming back.

This time the seven time Tour de France winner will be riding from Atlanta to Washington, D.C. as part of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Tour of Hope team. The Tour of Hope is a nine day, 3,300 mile cycling relay that starts in San Diego and concludes in Washington, D.C. Armstrong will join the ride at points along the way and one of these points will be Centennial Park in Atlanta at 11 a.m. on Oct. 5.

The purpose of this ride is to inform the public about the importance of clinical trials and Armstrong and several other members of the team will address the crowd at approximately 12:45 p.m.
