Jo Landgren and Kenny Gailey help light symbolic torches moments before the “survivor’s walk” at the annual Relay for Life fund-raiser at the Fayette County Fairgrounds Friday night. Many local individuals and companies contributed to the event, which featured a walking trail of luminaries in memory of those who have succumbed to the disease and honor of those who are fighting it. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
