Ginger Ann Barnes and Anthony Ray Parham announce their upcoming wedding ceremony on May 27, 2006.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Arnold and Barbara Shelton of Senoia. She is employed at The Georgia Power Company in the substation design department.

The groom-elect is the son of Jimmy Parham of Sharpsburg and Cherie Foster of Newnan.He is a project specialist for Covergint Technologies in Norcross.

After the honeymoon, the couple will reside in Sharpsburg.
