Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Solutions recently announced Prudential Georgia Realty (www.PrudentialGeorgia.com) has been awarded the Destination Services Award for the Southeast Region for its 2005 performance. It is the second consecutive year Prudential Georgia Realty’s Relocation Division has earned this regional honor.

In addition, it was announced Prudential Georgia Realty had also won the Destination Services Award for all of North America. Prudential Real Estate has more than 2,000 offices throughout North America and this is the first time Prudential Georgia Realty has been selected for this prestigious award.

The award was presented by Prudential Relocation to Prudential Georgia Realty’s Relocation Division in a special awards ceremony at the PREA Annual Sales Convention held recently in San Antonio. Prudential Georgia Realty President and CEO Dan Forsman and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services Kathy Connelly were present to accept the awards.

The Prudential Georgia Realty Relocation Division is no stranger to receiving accolades for its award-winning service. In 2004, the division took home the Spirit of Partnership Award for the Southeast Region, which recognizes leading offices in the PREA network who provide outstanding service to Prudential Relocation and consistently demonstrate its core values of client focus, worthy of trust, winning, and respect for each other. The division’s other awards include Kathy Connelly being named National Relocation Director of the Year and receiving the Meritorious Service and Distinguished Service Awards by the Employee Relocation Council.

Connelly also credits their positive, helpful work environment and the fact that the division has had very little turnover in the last several years. Many of her 22 team members have been with the company for a decade or more. Connelly, herself, has been with Prudential Georgia Realty since 1994.
