Business association sets next meeting The next meeting of the newly formed Fairburn Business Association takes place on May 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fairburn Annex, located at 40 Washington Street. Capt. J.T. Rogers from the Fairburn Police Department will be the featured speaker. His presentation, Problem Solving Policing, will bring the group up to date on programs and activities designed to increase public safety throughout Fairburn. A brief report on the recent executive committee meeting will be presented by FBA President Melody Koppe. A question and answer session will follow. The meeting is open to all business owners and others interested in becoming involved in support of the association and the City of Fairburn. The Fairburn Business Association is a private-sector business membership association representing business owners and professionals from throughout the Fairburn area. Membership is open to sole proprietors, home-based business owners, retailers and companies of all sizes.
