Peachtree City Library, in cooperation with the General Daniel Newnan Chapter, National Society Daughter's of the American Revolution, held a contest to celebrate Georgia Day. The winner was Kara Bradley, a third-grader from Trinity Christian School. Bradley answered ten questions about Georgia correctly. On behalf of the General Daniel Newnan Chapter, Library Administrator Jill Prouty presented Kara with a $10 gift certificate to Omega Books.
