The deadline is May 15 for those wishing to participate in Flat Creek Baptist Church’s annual camp-out, “Family Night Under the Stars,” set for Friday and Saturday May 19 and 20. The event will be held on the ball field next to the church and will start at 7 p.m. Friday. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. Saturday.

The cost is $20 per family, which includes the cookout Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning. The cost is only $10 for those participating Friday only.

In the event of rain or inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.

Everyone planning to camp must have a reservation and the church needs a head count for ordering food and drinks.

Those attending may camp in their RVs, travel trailers, pop-up trailers, or tents, or may just bring a bedroll and sleep inside the building.
